Finishing C mailing/registering script

Hi everyone,

In short, this script should be able to register a given number of users to forums/bullettin boards(all the major ones - vBB, Invision and phpBB) and then it should be able to verify those users' registration - this means to login into the user email account at yahoo, hotmail or aol and follow the sent link from the forum - the e-mail account username/passwords will be stored in a txt file.

The final task is to send PMs to a given range of user of these forums using the already registered forum usernames.

It will be a MAJOR bonus if you make it in a way that I can configure it to work for a new type of forum and email service!

All data in plain ASCII format, no db required.

If you DO NOT speak and write English well, and I also mean your grammar isn't at a very good level, please DO NOT bid!

I have an almost ready version of this script along with the source code but excluding some of the functions, because the programmer wasnt able to finish it. It's about 80% finished, and you will have a release version for reference of this script, because I believe it will be better to code it your own way instead of loosing a lot of time understanding the code of someone else.

P.S. Because I can't select exactly what my budget is, I have to clarify it here - it's at most $500-600.

ATTN: I have forgotten to add that I don't need the software to recognize the symbols on the verification images in both email and forums, the software should show a small window with the verification image and then the end-user(me) will manually by hand enter the symbols!
