URL Shortener Creator !

I need a program that can create over 200 shortened links for a single domain using this site with a list of URL shorteners. This needs to be compatible with every one on this list - [url removed, login to view]

Then i need a function that allows it to check all domains, so that once it creates the shortened urls it runs through the list to make sure they are all valid and go to the designated page. It will remove the ones that are invalid and report these to the user. This needs to be desktop software!
