paying $20 per sign up ( free cc trial )

I need sign ups for my reward site. The sign ups would need to complete some free / cheap trial offers to gain 1 credit. The trial offers require a cc for verification and can be cancelled if they are not happy with the service.

Each sign up MUST have a unique i.p. address and email to sign up.

I can pay up to $20 per sign up that completes the sites offer requirements.

I can pay through GAF or PayPal when the sign ups credits have been approved.
