I require a bot that will take profiles/urls from an SQL database and submit them to 10 Social Bookmarking sites.

I need someone to develop a desktop application (I prefer in C#) that will register accounts and automatically submit user websites/url to various social bookmarking sites.

- This software required to solve captcha through decaptcher

- Automatic clicking the email verification links (through POP3)

- Multi-threaded

- Support proxy rotation

- Support article spinning

- Windows based
