But python seems to be good for your project because python supports various libraries for manipulation of data statistics and visualization like Numpy, Pandas, StatsModels, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly. Especially data on your video should be easily manipulated by Pandas and the graph on your video should be easily processed by Matplotlib. I have sufficient experiences in using these libraries.
