add read/write json file to a simple C# code

Does the existing C# code already read the data through IEC 16850 protocol? If so, writing it into a json file is not of a big problem. Reading from a json file and writing it to IEC 16850 channel might be of some challenge, if IEC 16850 writing is not already implemented.
