asp mvc5 site takes long on ttfb and layout change

Need 2 things

1- improve site performance and page loading

- Currently all page take long on ttfb whenever layout is changed, when I visit one page other pages under that same layout load quickly until about 2 minutes idle time.

- There are also dynamic subdomains handling, may be handling subdomains takes long or what I don not know.

2- Error Handling, and put custom error pages

On some pages even if there is warning, it works on local but not work on live, some time err_connection_reset error.

Need some hero to do some magic and fix all above.

The site is based on asp.net MVC and hosted at windows shared hosting Plesk.

You have to work remotly via teamviewer or anydisk

Do not apply if you have not good experience of above issues.
