Create a native windows application, that contains a floating icon and stays always on top of any other applications.
Application should have following functionalities
[login to view URL] is very simple. It should have an icon, that is movable across the screen (Refer picture 1)
[login to view URL] click of the icon, a pre-installed application should be opened. We could make this configurable to specify the path.
3.A configurable shortcut key should be setup to mimic the click action (Ex: CTRL + F10)
[login to view URL] icon should be visible on top of other applications at all times. This includes any other full screen applications, such as Powerpoint slideshow, full screen browser window, etc.
[login to view URL] click of the icon, a new instance of the other application should be opened if not running currently. If the other application is already running and minimized/behind other screens, then it should be restored and brought to front. (New instance should not be created for each click).
[login to view URL] application could have an installer and provides provisions to setup configurations mentioned above.
