Hello, Being Machine Learning enthusiast, sometimes I get an opportunity to work with medical images and produce ML models to predict the class of a given image. As an example application, recently I participated in a Diabetic retinopathy competition hosted by the Kaggle platform. The goal of the competition was to classify the given image in one of the five classes for detecting diabetic retinopathy. I used PyTorch for developing a model for this competition. Also, being a C# developer for more than 5 years, so far I worked on different technologies including WPF, Windows Service, WCF, and others. Some of the projects involved creating custom controls using WPF, building parsers for different types of file (mostly including XML), configuring SMTP server and periodically sending emails to a list of clients, and wrapping a given executable in an application and allowing only paid users to execute the wrapped application. I also used The WiX Toolset to develop an installer for some of these applications. As it seems that you want to develop a DICOM image viewer for your PACS project and given my experience in C# programming, I went through the ClearCanvas website and found that they provide a desktop client for viewing DICOM images.
