Logs on a scanning software

We have a C# client that connects to a scanner, scans images and sends them to our API. We use TWAIN and WIA protocols. We have some errors when using some specific scanning machines, so that we need to have some logs on the process:

- Which scanners are available on the computer

- Which of them has been selected by the user

- If the feeder is available

- If the glass is available

- The selected origin

- ...

Nowadays, other logs are being sent to Papertrail ([login to view URL]). These new logs should also be sent to this service.

Twain and WIA previous experiencie is mandatory.
