I need a game tool made

I am looking to have a Memory Editor/Packet manipulator made for the game Growtopia..

I want a simple program form with 1 button and 1 textbox.

This form needs to control an integer/variable in a growtopia item called 'roulette wheel'

When the wheel is punched in-game, it displays a random number... I need this tool to control the number.

1. Enter number in tool.

2. Click button

3. Punch roulette wheel.

4. See custom number in game

(Note: ALL PLAYERS HAVE TO SEE NUMBER)

Cant be a local only function..

Tool also needs to run without getting growtopia account ban.

If you are interested please let me know. I have heard creating this is quite easy, I just have no coding experience myself.
