Revit plugin for rebar bending detailing

Basically what I want is to have a button that when pressed ask to select an element in a section view and then it outputs the center-line curves of the rebar as detail lines with dimension annotations as text fields (see the attached document) To get the center-lines and segment lengths is really easy (like 10 lines of code or so, actually I can provide this code if useful) but then comes the hard part of annotating and grouping&moving the curves somewhere on the section view. Keep in mind that out of plane selected reinforcement must be rotated in 3d such to be represented on the current section view. Also, you must track the generated details in order to refresh them when the annotation scale is changing. If interested in the project I could provide you some sample code. Thanks!
