webcam blink detection FOR MAC AND PC for award winning indie game "Close Your"

We are a new independent game studio, GoodbyeWorld Games, and we are looking for someone to create a system in Unity3D (C#) using OpenCV or OpenCL to make a system for detecting the user's blink using input from the user's webcam for our upcoming game Close Your. Close Your has already won "Best Student Game" at GDC 2015 and "Developers Choice" at Indiecade 2014 and is now almost ready for release on Steam. Detailed requirements: -Must build from Unity3D to both MacOS and Windows applications -Must use input from device webcam -Must be able to detect on any frame whether the user's eyes are open or closed -Must be able to detect the closest frame to the moment of the blink when the eyes are closed -Must work with a high degree of accuracy (no more than 2% registered blinks can be false positive, no more than 5% of actual blinks can be missed) on users regardless of facial features (skin tone, eye shape/position, face shape, etc.) -Must be able to register when a user is present or not (whether or not the user's face is turned towards camera counts) -Must deliver a Unity3D project folder (Unity 4.x or Unity 5.x) with a sample working implementation of the blink and user presence detection
