Hello, We need a windows installer to be created which will install a windows service. This installed windows service will run a java jar file. But before installing the service during installation we want the user to answer some questions like do they have java installed and if no, the installer should installer java and then move to next part based on the answer of those questions the installer will download some pre-requisite programs and will install them.
