I am Ujang, RnD MEchanical Engineer from Indonesia, they could be made of a galvanized tube or folded galvanized tube. if we use folded sheet metal we could make a tear on the side of the sheet and bend them, so we will use single material only instead off add the welding process.

I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - do you have any drawings/sketches of the stake? 2 - besides the 3d model in different cad formats and 3d pdf, i will provide you with dxf/dwg drawings for manufacturing 3 - depending the number of holes/slots on the stake, it maybe more economical for you to consider laser cutting rather than punching (for the punching will be required back support, and to that length will be difficult...)
