Which call center system will you be using?
I was in the call center industry for almost nine years (2005-2014). I initially handled a Touchstar system, a Dialogic-based dialer system and then migrated to ViciDial (an asterisk-based system) when the company grew (from 10 seats to 600). This saved the company a lot of money in licensing and support cost as I initiated research in the use and deployment of ViciDial as the company's new premise-based Dialer system. The system is in the Philippines and we are calling numbers worldwide using SIP in partnership with telco providers that have points-of-presence in the US, Canada, and Hong Kong. Though for a time, we had a client using H.323 peering.
What would you get if you hire me? The satisfaction that the project will be completed and you will not be left alone in the dark with an unfinished deployment.
