I am molded with BPO standards in regards to taking calls and handling customer service, I was with a financial institution for 8 years prior to work at home for 2 years now and still handling calls as outbound and appointment settings, I have a very descent accent that can easily be understood over the phone and callers will feel they are just talking to the expert. I am efficient and effective and passionate about my craft and everything i touch will turn into gold.
