it's a full-time job. 40 hours per week. We Need Full-time availability Evening and Night shifts only. We Need availability from 6PM till 9AM. Rotational shifts. Good Command over English. Freshers can also apply. Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities: Assist customers with questions and problems; research and provide a resolution Troubleshoot issues Solve problems that may be unstructured and require use of conceptual thinking Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and build rapport Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts, as required Participate in activities designed to improve the customer service experience and business performance. System Requirements: Wired [login to view URL] 5MBPS (MINIMUM) Windows-based computer or Laptop. USB Headset. The successful candidate will be paid Rs 20,000 - 25000/- Monthly Salary will be paid Biweekly.
