Editable fields: photo slot, proposition or stat, URL. ### YouTube channel banner **Size:** 2560 x 1440 px (safe zone: 1546 x 423 px) Design key content within the safe zone but use the full canvas for background photography. Editable fields: label, headline stat, supporting copy. ### Set D — Stories and Reels covers **Size:** 1080 x 1920 px | **4 variants:** - Impact story cover (photography + title lower third) - Milestone cover (bold stat on purple) - Process cover (clean graphic + headline) - Team story cover (portrait + name and role) All variants: logo top corner, max 5 words on cover, gradient overlay for legibility. Editable fields: photo slot, headline text. --- ## 3. YouTube thumbnails **4a. Emotive story** — Full-bleed photography, 2–4 word bold headline with high-contrast text treatment, logo. LinkedIn carousel** **Size:** 1080 x 1350 px per slide | Minimum 6 slides (cover, 3–5 content, CTA) Consistent header/footer, slide number indicator, logo on every slide. High priority — LinkedIn algorithm rewards this format significantly for reach. **5e. Team brand frame (as-and-when)** **Sizes:** 1080 x 1080 px and 1080 x 1920 px Simple branded border or corner overlay, logo badge, optional caption field. Works over any photo a team member takes. Keep editable elements to an absolute minimum — this will be used by people with no Canva experience. --- ## 5. Canva setup (do before building any templates) 1. **Brand kit:** Upload all logo variants (full, logomark, white reversed). Add all hex values from this brief. Confirm and upload the correct MOKSI typeface (or nearest Canva match — agree this before building begins). 2. **Photography library:** Upload a curated set of approved photography (community, nature, restaurant). No stock imagery anywhere in the system. 3. **Folder structure:** GiftTrees Brand (parent) > sub-folders by channel. Name every file: [Channel] — [Content Type] — [Format].
