Experienced Oracle EBS Finance Consultant Required

Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Finance Consultant (7+ Years) Role Summary Seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support, RCA, incident resolution, change management, and continuous improvements for Oracle EBS R12.2.3 Finance modules. Key Responsibilities • L2/L3 support for Oracle Finance modules • Incident management, defect resolution, and RCA • Functional and technical documentation • Change management and CAB participation • ServiceNow ticket management • Support Finance Close and critical business periods • Coordinate with global teams across regions Mandatory Skills Oracle EBS R12.2.3 Finance Modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, Cash Management • Strong hands-on experience in: o PL/SQL o Oracle Forms o Oracle Reports o BI Publisher o ADF/OAF o Workflow Builder • Experience supporting customizations, extensions, and integrations • ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform experience • Experience with Vertex and external tax engine integrations • Experience in multinational deployments (English, Chinese, Japanese) • Strong understanding of financial close cycles and compliance requirements Good to Have • Follow-the-sun support model experience • Global AMS support environment • Finance Close support experience
