1. Draw provided diagram using Visio or any other software. Label all links, router and switch interfaces with proper port numbers and IP address. The diagram should also show Vlan and protocol assignments. 2. Use Packet Tracer or GNS3 to connect network devices as shown in the provided diagram. 3. Configure hosts names on all routers and switches. 4. Configure the passwords for privilege mode, console, VTY lines to access all Routers and switched as “cisco”. 5. Configure “no ip domain-lookup” on all routers. 6. Configure “ no logging console” on all routers. 7. Use IP scheme of your choice. However use /30 subnet for all links and /24 subnets for all other assignments. For loop Back address use your router number and an IP address e.g [login to view URL] (1.1.1.1) with /32 subnet mask. 8. Provide description on each interface. 9. All routers and switches should show correct time and date. 10. Configure a banner on each network device that provides Warning to Unauthorized users. 11. Connect at least 3 computers to each Vlan on the Switch. These computer should get dynamic IPv4 addressed from DHCP unless otherwise advised. 12. You may use Vlan_99 to host all servers (DHCP, DNS, WEB, Email), Configure these server to provide centralized access to all hosts on the network. 13. All serial router interfaces should be connected as provided in diagram. Assign clock rate 65000 to all DCE router serial interfaces, if required. To have Ethernet interface up without having other devices connected to it, you may configure no keepalive on those Ethernet interfaces. 14. Assume the internet access is through R2. The Ethernet link on R2 connected to internet, You may connect a web server to show connectivity to internet .................. 1. Configure all Cisco switch with VTP mode “transparent”. However only switched connected to R1 are configured as Server and Client mode. 2. User on R4 should not be able to access Internet 3. Use RIP ver2 as you Layer 3 routing protocol in order to have reachability to all routers. Check if you can ping all interface including loopbacks on routers. Check the routing table on R1, R2 and R3, R4 and analyze each entry in your routing table explain Any to Any connectivity. 4. Use Default route to forward your traffic to internet .........
