I need a Texas-licensed civil or structural engineer to prepare and stamp a basic site plan for my property in Travis County. The plan must clearly show two key features: the layout of several Pickle Ball courts and the placement of metal-container buildings that serve as ancillary facilities. No septic system is involved, but the drawing has to quantify impervious cover and address drainage; the county will not accept the submittal without those two items called out. Please base the design on current Travis County codes and formatting requirements so I can take it straight to permitting.
