I need a reliable, production-ready program for my CNC VMC that will handle precise metal cutting operations. The machine is set up for a vertical machining center workflow, so the code should fully exploit its capabilities—tool changes, spindle speed control, coolant settings, adaptive feeds, and safe Z moves all optimised for metal stock. You’ll receive the detailed part drawings (STEP and DXF) along with the fixture layout. Your task is to create the G-code and a short setup sheet that lists tooling, offsets, speeds/feeds, and any probing routines you include. Please keep the program clean and well-commented so my operators can follow each operation without guesswork. Preferred CAM output: FANUC-compatible G-code, although I can import other post-processors if you let me know in advance. I run verification in Fusion 360 and back-plot on NC Viewer, so your file should simulate without collisions. Deliverables: • Optimised G-code for CNC VMC metal cutting • Setup sheet (PDF or Excel) with tooling, offsets, speeds/feeds • Brief note on any special fixtures or probes assumed I’ll test the program on aluminium first, then switch to mild steel, so please include recommended parameter adjustments for harder materials.
