IXSforALL's 24hour helpdesk would like to outsource the inbound calls during "after office hours". Between 12-am and 6-am we will forward our calls to an Answering Service.
The phone will be answered with our company name and the agent will only receive the information of the caller. The information required; What concern/issue, Name, Company name, Telephone number. After receiving the information the agent will outbound call one of our engineers to pass on the information. We normally receive on average 1 call per night.
Pricing can be a fixed amount per month or per minute.
