Expert Legal Consultant - Fully Remote

Title: Legal Subject Matter Expert – Remote 1099 Contract We are seeking an experienced Legal Subject Matter Expert for a fully remote 1099 independent contractor role. Key Requirements: JD or LLM (active bar membership preferred) 10–20 years of experience in legal field (private practice, in-house counsel, or legal research) Strong analytical and communication skills Experience in corporate law, compliance, contracts, or IP Familiarity with legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis, CLM systems) preferred Exposure to AI, data annotation, or prompt engineering is a plus Work Model: Fully Remote 1099 Independent Contractor engagement Process Overview: Selected candidates will be required to complete an assessment.
