I have a fully drafted Bill of Quantities and need a sharp set of eyes to double-check the material rates. The scope is strictly a rate review—quantities are already verified—so the task is to compare each listed rate against the supplier quotes I will share and flag anything that looks off. You will work in the original Excel BOQ, adding comments or highlighting where adjustments are required and noting the correct rate based on the supporting quote. Construction industry familiarity and solid Excel skills are essential; speed and accuracy matter more than fancy formatting. Deliverables: • The BOQ file returned with every reviewed line clearly marked—either confirmed or corrected. • A concise summary sheet outlining all changes and the rationale behind each adjustment. Once I receive the updated file and summary, I’ll spot-check a sample of the lines; if everything aligns with the quotes, the job is done.
