PPW - 15 PPW (Paise Per Word) Target - 3500 words per day Days per month - 22 days The profile for a Freelancer(Content Writer's) at Iksula involves the development of web content for an E-commerce major.  Key Responsibility Areas:  Understanding client requirements including quality expected  Escalating issues if any on-time (like missing inputs, doubts etc) Work prioritization and ensuring a maximum TAT of 24hrs for all deliverable Achieve 95% quality (Quality score of 4.75 or higher) for all deliveries Ensure no requirements are missed during execution (Word count, Writing Style etc) Following process checklist Ensuring all deliveries are at least 95% original Following change management document Ensure 95% productivity (Minimum 4500 words per day)   10% reduction in AHT for deliverable (overall productivity to increase by 10%)  Completing requests within the provided ETA Diligently filling up the time tracker and daily productivity tracker Sending daily updates Ensuring that all tasks are accurately reported   Desired Candidate Profile:  The candidate must have a good command over written and spoken EnglishProactive approach in product research expected.
