I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can jump straight in and help me push a live GoFundMe campaign to the next level. Your core focus will be email outreach—identifying prospective donors, crafting concise personalized messages, and sending them out each day during Pacific Time business hours. Once those emails are in motion, you’ll handle follow-ups: replying to incoming questions, keeping our donor spreadsheet updated, and sending regular status updates so contributors feel appreciated and informed. I’ll also lean on you to post brief campaign updates on the GoFundMe page and, when needed, draft short social blurbs for me to approve. Strong written English is a must; tone has to be warm, clear, and persuasive. The position starts at $4–$6 per hour with performance bonuses for hitting outreach and conversion milestones. I need someone ready to start immediately and who can commit to consistent availability Monday–Friday with at least four solid hours overlapping 9 am–3pm PT.
