Website design for small property company

**Website redesign** needed for small/medium sized property rental company. No CMS or templates. Would like a new logo, mysql databased list of houses/rooms plus photo. database should be fully searchable from the homepage and offer a feature houses section on the homepage. a small control panel will also be needed to add/removed houses and to change the status from available/occupied/featured. We need: - a new logo - 2 languages integrated: English/Chinese (translation not needed. text provided.) - mysql databased list of houses/rooms including photo (approx 100 houses) - database should be fully searchable from the homepage - current website has database of all houses with description in both languages. - featured houses section on the homepage - a small control panel will also be needed to add/remove houses, change the status from available/occupied/featured and edit the property details in both languages. - usual contact,aboutus,requirements pages - The Tyne Bridge must feature in the logo or homepage background (see site url below) We would like this site designed with SEO in mind. Our goal is to list in the first page for rental/letting keywords for the city of Sunderland,UK. We would also like it designed with the same kind of feel you get from rightmove[dot]co[dot]uk. We would like a similar search page. One of our target markets is Chinese students so our current website is written both in English and Chinese.
