Create a logo

I am looking to create a Christmas tshirt. I need a vintage looking Santa who is Country Music inspired for a Nashville Christmas t-shirt. I want him to be wearing cowboy boots and to be playing an acoustic guitar. It would be awesome if he was walking down the Iconic Broadway in downtown Nashville or if it had the Nashville city skyline incorporated with the Batman building showing. I would prefer black, white and red to be the primary colors used because I will be printing it on tshirts and the more colors used, the more expensive it's going to be to print. But I would be open to more colors if needed to make the design amazing. I worked with a freelancer this weekend who did a nice job but I've decided I really would prefer my Santa to be more significant to Nashville/Country Music etc. I would like it to say something like "Let's Falalalala Nashville" or "Let's get our FALALALALA on Nashville!" but not 100% sure what that font should look like. I could send some images of what I would want the Santa to look like and what the Nashville downtown skyline and iconic Broadway looks like. I own a boutique and always have a great Christmas t-shirt to sell but this year I haven't found one so I'm interested in creating my own. I am also open to suggestions! I'm not a graphic design pro at all! I may be asking a whole lot. My budget is really under $50 for this. Any takers?
