Build me a front-end based on an AdobeXD file (pixel perfect & mobile friendly)

Hello Freelancers,
We are looking for a professional web developer with expertise in plain HTML and CSS front-end. The task is to create a pixel perfect and mobile friendly front-end dashboard in HTML/CSS. The dashboard has been designed in AdobeXD (see a .PNG in the attachments). Sizes, colors, typefaces, etc. can be read off our AdobeXD sheet.
What we expect from the freelancer:
- Optimized HTML/CSS code
- Well-formatted English communication and actively participating in the project
- Proactive attitude
- A vast amount of experience with front-end development and at least basic skills in AdobeXD
