creation plugin WordPress to clone site wordpress Master to Slave site rescue 3 --4 -- 3

Hello I have Wordpress websites in production which works well without problems online and in production. But sometimes it happens that if the Master server breaks down all my websites are down !!! I don’t want to create a wordpress plugin which is able to create an exact copy on another server called SLAVE which is an exact copy of the MASTER server. Like that if the Master server goes down, I just have to change the IP of the site in the DNS to the slave server.
