CSS/HTML/Javascript Responsive Web Page Coding from Mock up

* Description
We will need to translate four mockup web pages + overlaps into a responsive CSS/HTML/Javascript code
The task is to translate four professionally designed mockup images (I have the Photoshop files) into CSS/HTML/Javascript code. Your work will be integrated into our C# ASP.NET server. The product needs to be responsive and run on both desktop and mobile, plus when the browser width is narrow/wide. Your work also needs to be lightweight and fast, good for SEO, and Google likes your work. When some buttons are clicked, it will also show the overlay/popup shown in the zip file below.

Frontpage
Map/list result page
Property page
About page

Please notice that there is a custom font GTWalsheimPro. I can send it to you as well.
In the map, you can use a sample [login to view URL] although the technology is flexible.
Currently, I have a library in devexpress, and the table I am using devexpress Datagrid.
* Delivery
We will need the source code that you developed as we will need to integrate your work into our C# server. Please note that I am a C# developer looking after the server-side and database so delivery of CSS/HTML/Javascript is mandatory.
You may also send the C# asp.net sample project to me.
All pages listed in the zip files need to be done in order to get paid. Please notice that there are overlays and popups when you click on the buttons.

The intellectual property including the source code belongs to Sors Markets Ltd.
* Demo
Your work will need to work on my Chrome browser with windows 10, and iPhone. You will need to show us that your end product is very similar to the mockup in the zip file.
