CSS, PHP Frontend Design Expert Required

Hi i already have a website developed i need some cosmetic fix by a very experienced CSS, HTML guy. My front end design is bootstrap 1) Dashboard (Application) - I need some modification to the CSS layout moving 3 dashboard columns 2) Dashboard (Approval) - All the components are there but i need to readjust the dashboard details also 3) Login - I need the login to include a background & logo and align (central) the icons 4) Email Template - Currently there are 3 email sent out, i would want you ti integrate my HTML layout to make it professional. 5) Upon website login, i need a popup with disclaimer and customer must agree before can load the website. I also need Privacy, Disclaimer at the footer to be pop-up when clicked on. 6) I need you to adjust the CSS of the footer link i need it aligned straight. 7) I have a form now, its has validation but i need you to add a few more validation ( example telephone number must be numbers, account must be numbers, and postal code must be numbers etc, - Currently the country code for mobile is field to fill up i would like you to change that to drop down with country flag and number so user can scroll and select. I need the above done asap today, i will be online to assist in all ways possible. I need this done in the next few hours. Please only bid if you can work on this tonight as i need it in the next few hours. Quick project for an excellent review
