Fix Scroll Content being hidden behind sticky navigation

I've built the website using Elementor. We have a lot of section links throughout the site, which when clicked scroll down to the section. However the issue is that the sticky nav is covering the content.
I'd like to add a simple top margin to accomodate the sticky navigation.
This is usually simple, but the simple css code solution doesn't seem to work with elementor. I've also tried the following to no success: [login to view URL]
