get my existing classic ASP (IIS 7.5) compliant with Google PageSpeed Insights & yslow recommendations

Hi, I have a relatively lower rank for our website ( [login to view URL] ) - or lower than I want it to be at least . I'd like to be 100% compliant (or near to it) with our website, [login to view URL] . I've implemented IISWebspeed, which is the IIS equivilent of mod_pagespeed that runs on apache, and I've made some optimizations but I'm not seeing as many improvements as I'd like per the Google Webspeed (and yslow chome plugins). The code is all in classic ASP (so VB-like). I keep our production environment pretty tightly controlled for security reasons and I don't have a staging site, so you'd need to be making code changes with the relevant ASP scripts, emailing them to me to deploy, and testing from there. There's no limit on how many times we can go back and forth by doing this, I just wanted to let you know it's probably an extra step than a direct FTP or WebDAV to the site itself. Other than that, the objective is to be as close to a 100 score with Google pagespeed as humanly possible using dynamic techniques: meaning, stuff like "image optimizations" should be done on the fly instead of having to touch every image file (we have over 1,000 of them). Jquery and javascript is A-OK to do any of this, as is inline CSS. There's not a code rulebook here, just do the best and most efficient job of making it work. It may also require tweaking pagespeed, which I'm happy to let you change the config file for. Let me know if this is something that should be done on an hourly basis or project basis. Thanks! Jason
