Hello, We are a small company developing experimental projects in various tech stacks, and we are looking for expanding our team. Currently looking for a developer to complete a test task, to then evaluate if the candidate is a good fit. The test task is straight forward: a figma design to be converted in a html template. Details will be given during interview process. The top most required traits we are looking for: - independent (2): you understand the context and you pick up what to do easily - proactive (1): you don't wait for people to tell you what to do - passionate (5): you like tech (just like us) and enjoy building digital products that might be helpful to others - curious (4): you read about the tech world and keep updated with the hottest trends - transparent (3): you understand trust is a fundamental piece of any working interaction, even more in remote collaborations. - fast (6): done is better than perfect, and you are eager to move to the next phase. The most common tech stack we mostly use: - Javascript (surprising) - Redis - Postgresql - Bash - PHP To be more specific, we are currently adopting Astrojs as main dev environment, and we make great use of Tailwindcss to speed up things. We keep communication through slack, we love automations and pipelines, as well as modern and user-friendly softwares that help exploring the depths of relational databases. Even if you are not an expert in the field, but you really want to learn, practice and make some money out of it, this is acceptable: you will work with people with 20 years of experience and it is very likely you will learn some trick here and there.
