Move text block + make text actual HTML instead -- 2

Hi, On all categories on my website, for example: [login to view URL] 1. The description within wpadmin -> listings -> categories -> edit is showed on the website (view page source) as a js script. Google does not read this as a proper SEO text and h1/h2/h3 tags. I need this text to be a normal html text (NO RAW HTML). NOTE: If i can't be done to use the existing category description field within wpadmin, i'm open to other solutions such as creating a new category input text block that will work with the frontend. 2. See attachment - Please move the textblock to just below the listings, instead of af the left side. Can you fix this? Thank you.
