I require ongoing telephone support so customers in Turkey can reach a native-level voice who effortlessly switches between Turkish and English. The calls will be purely customer-support oriented—no sales pitches—and will revolve around our product range: specifications, usage, availability, and after-purchase questions. Expect both inbound enquiries and a limited number of follow-up calls to ensure issues are fully resolved. You will log each interaction in English, relay any technical questions to our engineering team, and close the loop once an answer is available, always maintaining the courteous, detail-oriented tone our brand is known for. A quiet work environment, reliable VoIP setup, and a good headset are essential so audio comes through clearly for our Turkish customers. I will provide: • Product manuals, FAQs, and escalation contacts • A Turkish telephone number or soft-phone credentials • Training on brand messaging and call-handling flow Deliverables to confirm completion each week: 1. Call log spreadsheet with timestamps, caller issue, resolution status 2. Recordings of any escalated calls (compressed audio is fine) 3. Brief summary report highlighting common product questions or pain points If you already handle product queries for other brands and have the discipline to document every conversation precisely, this assignment will feel familiar.
