Join our High-Performance Operations Team as a Client Experience Representative. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, you will take full ownership of customer interactions and active service operations during your shift. You will receive a structured briefing at the start, and from that point forward, you are responsible for managing the shift independently, coordinating moving parts in real time, making decisions, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role requires strong judgment, clear communication, and the confidence to lead interactions, set expectations, and handle challenging situations professionally. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls, messages, and inquiries Coordinate active operations between customers, dispatch, and field teams Receive and execute daily briefings during overlap periods Accurately document all interactions in the CRM Collect payments and clearly explain any additional charges when needed Set expectations and maintain control of each customer interaction Make independent decisions and escalate when appropriate Deliver a consistent, professional, and reliable customer experience at all times Who You Are Calm, focused, and in control under pressure Comfortable handling difficult conversations directly and professionally Proactive, you don’t wait for instructions, you take initiative Solution-oriented, you figure things out and move forward Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Committed to doing things right, even when it requires extra effort Requirements C1 level English proficiency (clear, professional, neutral accent) Strong analytical thinking and communication skills Ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls Professional, confident, and reliable under pressure Compensation & Schedule $500/month (full-time, ~40 hrs/week) Performance-based increases after 60–90 days Long-term opportunity Schedule (Fixed) Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CST) 2 weekdays: 9-hour shifts (assigned) 1 weekday: 4-hour shift (assigned) Must be available to work U.S. Central Time (Texas time).
