All external communication happens in Dutch, so native-level fluency is a must, while internal notes can be in English. Typical duties include answering and making customer-service calls, replying to email tickets, updating a web-based CRM, logging payments, and compiling simple Excel or Google-Sheets reports at month-end. You will use a VoIP soft-phone, the CRM, and basic office tools; familiarity with similar systems will help you settle in quickly.
