You will sit inside our website chat widget and shared support inbox, replying in real-time to three kinds of questions: technical glitches users run into, “where is my order?” tracking checks, and pre-purchase product information. Fast, friendly responses are critical. When an issue is beyond your scope, simply tag it and hand it over to our weekday agents; everything else should be fully resolved on the spot. Familiarity with common live-chat or help-desk tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.) will help you get up to speed quickly, but I can train you on our exact setup before your first shift.
