Basically, we need someone with really good, fluent English and strong communication skills to handle our daily replies. You would need to be available throughout the full week (all 7 days) to make sure our clients get quick answers and feel taken care of. You won't just be answering basic questions, though. Whenever a client runs into a technical issue or a bug, your job will be to figure out what is going wrong, gather the details from them, and report it straight to our dev team so we can fix it. I get a lot of automated bot bids on here, and I really want to work with a real human. Since attention to detail is super important for spotting those technical bugs, please do this: when you apply, start your very first sentence with the word "BANANA" in all caps.
