Each morning I’ll drop a fresh call list from our CRM, complete with notes on purchase history, current plan, and suggested upgrade paths. Your day will revolve around: building quick rapport, identifying unmet needs, presenting the most relevant add-ons or premium tiers, then either closing the upgrade on the spot or booking a firm follow-up for me to finalize. I measure success by upsell conversions and average revenue per call rather than sheer dialing speed, so strong listening skills and a consultative tone matter more than a hard sell approach.
