Yale Deadbolt Code Reset

I have a Yale key-free touchscreen deadbolt installed, and the master code has been forgotten. The lock itself is working fine, I simply can’t get in to reprogram it. I already have the printed user manual, but I prefer to have an experienced technician come onsite, perform a full factory reset, and program a new master code of my choosing rather than try to walk through it myself. You’ll need to: • Arrive with the basic tools required to pull the battery cover, access the reset button, and complete the factory reset sequence. • Re-enter a new master code while I observe, then demonstrate that the lock responds correctly from the outside and that all previous codes are cleared. • Show me how to add and remove entry codes in the future so I’m not locked out again.
