We are looking for Monday - Friday Customer Support associate to call clients and to verify orders and addresses in Hungary as well as to make proposals, offers and upsells .
Daily activity: about 30-60 calls a day
- To check and confirm orders
- To verify addresses
- To offer promo packages and make Upsells dew to a chart table with rates;
Requirements: Native Hungarian living in Hungary
- Experience in call center, clients, customer support, sells or similar
- Good selling skills
- Good English - written and spoken, so we can communicate
Pay per phone call (weekly or monthly) and per upsells done - MONTHLY!
