Hi! My name is Anna. I am happy to see this job post. I have worked with various telecommunications company that are based in the US and UK and the most recent was MetroPCS. I was so happy to be a part of metroPCS for years. Sadly I left my post due to family issues, but if given a chance I would really be happy to be back with Metro. I was a customer service representative handling calls for a year and moved to chat support were we handled 3 chats at a time without compromising the quality of the service we offer.
