We are a cool team of people from Romania that work in e-commerce and recently launched our business in Hungary, Slovenia, Czech Republic, and Croatia, so are looking for a native Czech to work part-time at [url removed, login to view]
Main tasks will consist doing customer support - solving customer's problems over the phone, live chat and by e-mail and sometimes translate some texts we will give you.
We want to have super happy customers, so we are looking for someone that is very positive and can transmit that positivity over to our customers.
Working hours - preferably from 8:00 to 11-12:00 (are flexible to some extent). In the beginning, we will have fewer hours, but after 2/3 weeks, once orders start coming in it will be more. Our customer support specialist from Hungary works 5h per day on average.
We will use Freelancer Desktop app for time tracking and payment.
Requirements: you must be a dynamic and independent person, VERY ORGANIZED, hard working, having no problem working from home, capable of properly managing your own time.
Past experience in e-commerce (Shopify/ customer support) is an advantage but not a requirement.
