Answer incoming calls and some outgoing follow up calls, some email interaction with clients.
Assisting clients in office and screening walk ins.
Work directly with owner , with his Outlook calendar scheduling appointments, follow ups and other tasks.
Outlook and Microsoft, Excel
File upkeep , scanning documents using Share Folder and Time Matters. Experience a plus but will train
QuickBooks and Excel or equivalent.
Oversee office and building upkeep.
Office inventory control
Previous work history and Background check will be given.
