We are looking for a United States or Canada based technically inclineded phone customer service rep that is also highly organized for additional admin work.
Our company is in need of a home-based person that can call customers that are requesting refunds and turn them around to save the sale. You must be a strong listener who is patient with people so they can win them over to save all or part of the sale.
You will be working directly with management daily to be trained and communicate throughout the day as needed.
Ideally, you would work 10am to 12pm and then again like 3pm to 5pm EST. We feel 4 hours a day should be more than enough but the hours will increase over time. Our company is growing very fast and this is a long term position we need to fill.
You must be very responsive, organized, a great communicator, calm, tech-savvy, problem solver and willing to help and be part of the team.
